What Will Blaire Wilson's Story Be?

     I've done this with Nanea and Blaire when I thought she was a 90s doll. Sydney from American Girl Doll News covered a rumor that she may be a party planner. This would be cool, but honestly, with all of the pink, the first thing I thought of is a fundraiser for breast cancer. This would be absolutely amazing, sad topic, but incredible idea. I would love a story where somewhere someone in her family gets breast cancer and so she starts a fundraiser. Perhaps selling food at a local farmers' market to get money for the person. Then, maybe expanding into a business helping people with all sorts of cancers. Parties for fundraisers, crafts, etc. I know we had a business with Grace, but this leaves an open opportunity for American Girl to partner with someone. This is an important cause and I'm slowly doing "a Nanea", like okay, I know I wanted her from the start, but I got obsessed with Nanea. I think I may be doing that with Blaire. So, don't be super shocked if I come back from the AG store on January 1st with Blaire. Anyways, that's my theory.

Regarding the Quality Change Rumors

    Yes, I know I left the Blaire short stories on a bit of cliffhanger, but I can't think of what to write next for the story. Plus, I feel like I'd probably end up making it a mystery because I'm writing a mystery story right now. I'm on my 11th chapter. Now, here's the actual post.      I wanted to address this because I've heard a lot about it and there are some things we need to remember. First thing that we need to remember, is that this is a rumor. We don't actually know if American Girl's quality will be all back to normal on January 1st. After all, that would take a lot of work to fix. This rumor was first addressed in late November, I believe and if it's true it would still take so much time to make all of those dolls. American Girl is Lazy (CYO)

    Before we get into the actual post, I decided I'd update a bit since I haven't posted since April 28th. I still exist, I still love dolls. But quite frankly, American Girl just confuses me. (I guess that's the update.) I mean, as I'm writing this I realized that the whole Create-Your-Own thing is kind of just a lazy way of American Girl not having to be creative. I mean, come on, you could create SO many new dolls with it. I mean, yeah, you can make more D.O.C.s, but how much will it cost you. $200. TWO-HUNDRED DOLLARS!!!!! Why? Now, I have decided to see how much a normal Truly Me would cost (if that's even what they're called anymore, I don't know, it's been changed too much.
