Blaire the Mystery Doll #2 (Updated Version)

I'm going to write this using my original Blaire the Mystery Doll post, so if you want to read it to compare it to this post, here is the link:  https://theamericangirltheory.blogspot.com/2018/03/blaire-mystery-doll.html        I wrote it on March 29th of this year, so its obviously outdated. Anyways, here are my updated theories on what I touched on in that post. Question 1: My basic question for this was: What will she be interested in? As I've said in some of my 11 other Blaire posts from this month, something revolving around design. I'm thinking at it from a crafting perspective, or building. I also think that she will be interested in taking care of animals, gardening, and overall I just feel like she will enjoy doing farm work. After all, we do know that she has both a pig and a lamb. Also, side note, her lamb reminds me of Felicity's lamb. Question 2: Where Will Blaire Be From? I got really sidetracked and ended up on a completely diff...

Emory the Mystery Doll

Image
The 2 main questions for this character are: where is she/he's parents from and what is she/he's time-period.        First of all the name Emory is German and Van Zant is Dutch. This means that Emory's mother is most likely an immigrant from Germany and her/his father is an immigrant from the Netherlands. My first  guess is really far fetched, but I'll still share it. Perhaps Emory is from 1949 or 1950 and will be a friend to Maryellen. This would mean that American Girl would have to create more stories for the Beforever characters. Perhaps Emory's parents were spies since the Netherlands were controled by Germany in World War II. My other guess, (which is more logical) is that Emory is from the 1920s and she was born in Germany or the Netherlands. Here is the state chart again:  Blue means a character is from that state already. In the second map orange is the possibilities. I think Iowa or Vermont would be most likely. What do you think? Than...

Blaire the Mystery Doll

Image
I have several theories on Blaire Wilson, so I decided to share them with you. The first question is what is her personality/talent? For example, Luciana's is astronomy, Saige's is painting, Kit's is writing, Melody's is gardening/music, and Felicity's is horseback riding. That sort of thing. The second question is where is she from? Lastly, what will her collection look like. Question 1: Maryellen is a kind of artsy character, we especially see this in her movie, so that is marked off of the list. Julie is the sporty character so that is also crossed off. Rebecca is the theater character so I wouldn't expect to see another acting character. It has been a while though since a designing character. It would make for a really interesting collection and behind the scenes of plays and musicals isn't all that known; so it would be cool to see a character working backstage. I also hope that Blaire won't be 9 or 10 like most American Girl characters. Espec...

Another Molly Theory a.k.a. Molly the Mystery Doll

Before i start this post I would like to say that now instead of Nanea the Mystery Doll it seems to be Molly the Mystery Doll. Haha. Now let's start. In my first Molly theory post I thought that she wouldn't come back in 2018. If you want more details on what I think of Molly's return you can click on any of these 3 links:  http://theamericangirltheory.blogspot.com/2017/09/molly-is-coming-back-from-archives.html   http://theamericangirltheory.blogspot.com/2017/09/beforever-molly-meet-outfit-ideas.html http://theamericangirltheory.blogspot.com/2017/09/american-girl-molly-holiday-dress.html Now I have a new idea! Back in some post before Nanea released (I don't remember the post) I said that Nanea's story was a new perspective of World War 2 she was right next to the attack and during the start of the war in America ; while Molly's perspective was towards the end of World War 2, and on the homefront. So maybe, American Girl wants was to learn more about Worl...

Nanea the Mystery Doll: How They Connect

Image
Image 1      In my last post I briefly went in to the video I watched where they talked about how Nanea's face-mold looks a lot like the Wellie Wishers'. I started wondering if one of the Wellie Wishers is a descendant of Nanea. I decided that it would be Ashlyn. (images 1 and 2) Look at the similarities! If they are related will American Girl tell us some how? I also found that Nanea's hairstyle is also very similar to Caroline (image 3) and Maryellen's (image 4). One of the coolest things I discovered is that Nanea shows one perspective  of World War II; while Molly shows the other. It's very interesting. I am almost thinking that American Girl has known that there will be a Hawaiian 1940s doll for a long time. I think this because Molly's Halloween costume is a Hawaiian Girl. She could've picked anything else! The last (and probably best) thing I discovered is that Nanea shows what all of the American Girl characters have in common. Kokua. Image 2 ...

Nanea the Mystery Doll

Image
Before I start this post I would like to sorry for not posting this sooner. There are two main reasons for this. 1. I've been rather busy lately. 2. I haven't been able to find a whole lot about Nanea. Now let's get into it. Image 3      Nanea's release date is hard to find. American Girl says that she's available this fall; but I asked American Girl and they said differently. (image 1) They stated that she'll most likely be coming out around the same time as Maryellen and Melody. If you don't know when they came out, it was late August. In my last post I guessed when her story takes place. Well, I was right on the general time period! Her story takes place sometime in 1941; when there was the attack on Pearl Harbor. I was watching a video one day where the channel owner brought up the fact that her face mold looks quite a lot like the Wellie Wishers' face-mold. You can look at the photos; I'll get more into it in a different post. The odd...
