Special Molds #6: The Nanea Mold

The Nanea mold is one like no other. It so far has only been used on the WellieWishers and soon to be Nanea. Most American Girl dolls have a rather flat chin, while Nanea's chin is pointier;  which makes her look more realistic. She is also American Girl's first doll to come with painted on eyelashes. I think the eyelashes are just gorgeous. Nanea also has slightly more plumped lips than the classic mold. I did some research and I discovered that Nanea is the first doll ever, even before just like you to come in shorts!!! I'm not counting Create Your Own in this though. Plus, we don't even know their release date yet.

    This is a special mold and its very different to the dirty one. But its amazing how molds appear clean when putting it on there.

      Which mold do you think is "dirty"? Also, where is there? I'm not completely sure what you mean by this.

Future of This Blog and American Girl

        Look, I never wanted to make this post. I wasn't planning on making a post addressing this until yesterday. Anyways, flashback to yesterday, my friend informed me that the AG store closest to where I live is closing. Now, before I talk about the future of this blog, I want to talk about American Girl. I know that people, including myself, are upset about the closing of the Boston and MOA AG stores. But here is why I think this could be a good thing for American Girl. Firstly, in my opinion every American Girl store except for the AG Places should close. I just feel like this would be best for American Girl since it could help them save some money. Another thing is that I feel like American Girl just kind of needs to restart. I've said it before and I'll say it again, American Girl just isn't marketing to the right audience. American Girl's Return to the Historical Era + Updates

     So, it's been... quite a while. Yes, I did not post in July. But, that's besides the point. I don't really know what to post on this anymore, which is why I haven't been posting. Yet, today, I do have something to post about. This part will be shorter though. So, with the end of Beforever, the historicals' clothing has been looking a lot more like it used to. Less neon and bold, more realistic. So, I'm very happy about that. Yet, I would really like them to stop cubing. Just archive dolls. Get rid of the Wellies or Bitty Baby. So, that's all I really have to say on that. Now, onto updates. -What's going to happen to this blog?
