Why was Molly Really Archived?

In "Nanea the Mystery Doll: How they Connect", I talked a bit about American Girl maybe knowing all along about a Hawaiian doll (in the future) being released. I thought it was because of Molly's hula Halloween costume. I now realize that they would have to have had this plan somewhere in between 1986-2014. I'm guessing 2011, the year Kanani was released. But now back to Molly, why was she archived, was she selling poorly; that's a likely possibility. Like I said, she also could have been archived because American Girl knew that they were going to come out with another 1940s doll. What do you think? Tell me by voting in the poll.

    Hi. I just found your blog, but am having a lot of trouble reading the yellow words on the pink background. Maybe it's just my kindle. I am not having any trouble reading what I've written(white words on pink background).

      Thank you for letting me know. I've tried fixing other posts with this problem multiple times (including trying to fix this one) and it doesn't really seem to work. I will look into it further later on. The reason for this is because my old blog style used to allow different colored words; and this one doesn't. Would you like me to let you know when this gets fixed?

      I don't know if you figured it out yet, but just as an idea, have you tried doing the advanced customizing settings? Sometimes you have to change the color there. :)

        Look, I never wanted to make this post. I wasn't planning on making a post addressing this until yesterday. Anyways, flashback to yesterday, my friend informed me that the AG store closest to where I live is closing. Now, before I talk about the future of this blog, I want to talk about American Girl. I know that people, including myself, are upset about the closing of the Boston and MOA AG stores. But here is why I think this could be a good thing for American Girl. Firstly, in my opinion every American Girl store except for the AG Places should close. I just feel like this would be best for American Girl since it could help them save some money. Another thing is that I feel like American Girl just kind of needs to restart. I've said it before and I'll say it again, American Girl just isn't marketing to the right audience. Exciting News!!! MAJOR SALE COMING!!!

Hello readers!!! In light of the AG Benefit sale having shut down, I am going to be hosting a major sale of a bunch of my doll stuff in mid-July. My closet is overfilled with doll stuff, which is less than convenient for the new hobbies I've picked up (miniature building, drawing, and filmmaking). American Girl's Return to the Historical Era + Updates

     So, it's been... quite a while. Yes, I did not post in July. But, that's besides the point. I don't really know what to post on this anymore, which is why I haven't been posting. Yet, today, I do have something to post about. This part will be shorter though. So, with the end of Beforever, the historicals' clothing has been looking a lot more like it used to. Less neon and bold, more realistic. So, I'm very happy about that. Yet, I would really like them to stop cubing. Just archive dolls. Get rid of the Wellies or Bitty Baby. So, that's all I really have to say on that. Now, onto updates. -What's going to happen to this blog?
